At 16 Polifemo finally gets wiser and adopts the universal commercial standard for printed journals – a single free content is offered every year to be downloaded at no price, everything else may be read in the printed edition, bought either online from its publishing house, as a book at any amazon store in the world, or from its academic distributor, Casalini.

Polifemo, Polifemo XXI secolo, Images of and Religious-historical observatory build in this academic distribution an indivisible bundle – four journals for less than the usual price of the four fascicles of any comparable journal.

Print+online subscription might be offered again on the Italian digital platform Torrossa, when a sufficient number of subscriptors would justify such a choice. No electronic edition will be published for 2016 nor at the state any is foreseen for the following years.

At the end of the current revision of the site only single free contents will be available for the general public.
